The foundation established in 2009 in Christopher’s memory offers Christopher’s Comic Book Inspirations—comic creations workshops— to underserved children in Paterson NJ. Why comics? Because learning to create comics is fun, helps kids build their self-esteem and reminds them of the power of their imaginations. Christopher started his own comic series when he was 8 and undergoing treatment. He even sold his comics on the front lawn. Children who participate in Christopher’s Comic Book Inspirations learn to create comics just like the experts from a professional comic book author. During the past 13 years we’ve been able to offer these workshops to over 1000 children through the support of our donors. Christopher Barron Live Life foundation is public 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
