In celebration of Christopher's 26th birthday, the Christopher Barron Live Life Foundation is holding a virtual run/walk to benefit underserved children in Paterson, NJ.
For a third year, we’re offering Christopher’s Comic Book Inspirations’ run to benefit underserved children in Paterson, NJ.

Registration Distance: 2.6 miles, 5K (3.1 miles) 10K (6.2 miles)
Why
Because Christopher’s Comic Book Inspirations helps kids to remember how powerful they are despite current challenges or life circumstances.
When
Run/walk 2.6 miles, a 5K or 10K anytime during the 26 day period of March 14—April 9th. April 9th is Christopher’s 26th birthday.
Who
YOU! Please support the kids we support by running or walking and then share your pics on IG, FB or twitter and use the #cbllf to help spread the word! if you have a superhero t-shirt, Mets shirt or any blue/orange clothing, wear it when you run/walk and show in your pictures. But if you don’t, please don’t let that stop you. You’re helping to empower kids by getting out and walking or running.
Where
Wherever you live! It’s virtual so you get to choose the course and one of the above distances. Invite your friends to join you!
About the Foundation:
The foundation established in 2009 in Christopher’s memory offers Christopher’s Comic Book Inspirations—comic creations workshops— to underserved children in Paterson NJ. Why comics? Because learning to create comics is fun, helps kids build their self-esteem and reminds them of the power of their imaginations. Christopher started his own comic series when he was 8 and undergoing treatment. He even sold his comics on the front lawn. Children who participate in Christopher’s Comic Book Inspirations learn to create comics just like the experts from Alex Simmons, professional comic book author, who has written for Archie, DC Comics and more. During the past 14 years we’ve offered these workshops to over 1200 children through the support of our donors.
